I'm not someone who particularly looks forward to sitting in a dentist chair and having been told in the past that I would require to have some invasive surgery to achieve a good smile I have put it off for years.
In the end I made the enquiry and immediately felt at ease with Graham and Sam and as a bonus I was told after my initial consultation that I could achieve a great smile without the surgery thanks to the Smilelign technology. Why did I put it off for so long?

After having spent years staying away from any dentist, I finally took a leap of faith and contacted Graham after hearing nothing but good things about him.
My teeth weren’t in great shape so getting over this hurdle was a huge thing for me.
I needn’t have worried. From the minute I stepped inside and met Sam (Grahams amazing assistant) and Graham they put my mind at rest immediately.
I felt super relaxed with them, considering I have been petrified of stepping inside a dentist for so many years, I couldn’t believe how confident they made me feel.

The attention to detail is amazing. Everything they do is bespoke to you. Picking a tooth colour for my new porcelain crowns was something I never thought I would do!! I felt no pain at any of my appts and I had some heavy duty dental work done so this made it the best experience. Everything was always explained in great detail before any work was completed. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Even though I have now finished my current treatment (I had 10 new porcelain crowns fitted plus lots of dental hygiene work) the ongoing care is still there. The aftercare is second to none and I will now be a regular at Grahams, my fear of dentists finally gone and that’s down to Sam & Graham being the best there is around.

I thought it would be appropriate to say a few words about my cosmetic work recently conducted at the Graham Wilding Dental Practice, Poulton-Le Fylde.
But first, some background. Graham and Sam have provided dental care to my family and I since 1991 (wow! 31 years, where has it gone ?), and this has always been in a caring, professional and compassionate manner.
My teeth were never particularly good to start with, hence I am extremely grateful to Graham and Sam for supporting my/our dental needs over the years. We are also thankful for the support given to my youngest daughter during her ENT (Ear Nose Throat) journey when she was younger.
Anyway, after enduring years of having a dodgy smile (something that I was very conscious about), I’m happy to report that I received my new cosmetic crowns this week (Oct 2022).
The process was surprisingly straight forward and pain free, and the results are simply marvelous. I can honestly say that I’ve never smiled as much as I have done his week!

Well, where do I begin? After a tough start to 2022, I decided life is too short to not be happy with something, and that something for me was my smile. Constantly hiding it away, be it behind my hands or looking down to make sure nobody noticed my biggest insecurity, my teeth.
I cant lie, I was absolutely petrified of the thought of sitting in a dentist chair, but I needed to do it for me, for my confidence. As soon as I came across Graham, I knew I had to contact him to see if he could help me feel confident again.
From the first telephone conversation with Graham, I felt at ease straight away. He reassured me that something could be done and that I would soon be so much happier. My first face to face appointment went very smoothly. From the moment I entered the spotless practice, both Graham and his lovely dental nurse Sam made me feel comfortable, and in very safe hands. Their professionalism and calmness is second to none and I felt no more anxiety at anymore of my appointments.
The whole process was smooth, quick, and painless and the final outcome is more than I could of ever imagined. I now smile at every passer by, just because I can!! I literally couldn't be happier and there is not enough thanks in the world to express my sincere appreciation to Graham and Sam.

I have been a patient at several dental practices over the years and have always found them impersonal. I’ve also always wanted straight white teeth for as long as I can remember but unfortunately nature and lifestyle choices have meant this has been an unrealistic ambition for me until very recently.
I first heard Graham’s radio advert one morning in late 2021 whilst on the school run. It sounded both credible and inviting and I felt compelled to make an enquiry. The response was both swift and non-judgmental and after a brief telephone consultation, I went for an initial meeting at Graham’s clinic in beautiful Poulton-le-Flyde. It was clear from the outset that this was going to be a very different experience to that which I had previously endured…
Graham is a hugely compassionate professional. His warm, welcoming manner is totally refreshing when compared with the insincere brief exchange of pleasantries I had unfortunately become used to. He took the time to explain the course of treatment in great detail and provided a full costing for the work involved. It was an easy decision to proceed based both on the value proposition and (more importantly for me) that I immediately felt safe in his care and that of his friendly assistant Samantha.
As we progressed through the Treatment Plan, the difference in approach became even more apparent. Regular checks to ensure you are comfortable, more than adequate analgesia and updates in terms of how much longer he would be at each sitting were all new to me. A text message follow up after every visit was also comforting and well received even though I never actually experienced any pain.
Suffice to say, I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome. My new smile looks natural and fresh and is a testament to Graham’s tremendous skill and experience.
I would have no hesitation recommending Graham’s services. The entire patient experience was a delight from start to finish and sets the standard against which other practitioners should be judged.
